New hotel and friendly staff. Food was excellent and many options to choose from. True 5 star experience stay. I traveled with family and elderly parents. They all loved the experience. Great location for getting around.

The room, the food, the service - nothing to gripe about on these fronts. I'd certainly stay at Ramada Plaza Chennai again on future trips.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I think the best part of the hotel I would say are their staff, everyone of them starting from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff all are very well behaved and trained and all really professional, they know what they do and they are the best at it. I would like to mention about Adam from reception who gave an upgrade to us and ensured that our checkin process was very smooth and we are comfortable with everything. Even though I don’t remember the name all the staff in the breakfast section was also outstanding. Thank you Adam and all other staffs for your hospitality. Property well maintained and kept clean and neat , after all the tiring traffic and heat and stress of Chennai we felt a positive vibe once we reach the hotel in our room, I used the facilities gym and poolWhich was also neatly maintained. Little mount metro (blue line) which is in 10 mins walkable distance is the nearest metro station to this hotel and it is quite in the center of the city itself.

Although most of the things are positive I would highlight couple of things which I noticed which could have better attention during my stay. The wall in some areas inside my room looked like it needed some repainting, the only issue we faced during out stay is with the washroom getting soaked fully in water every time after the shower, no matter how careful we were or how we positioned the shower the water kept coming out from shower area inside to the bathroom. There was cleaning done every day during our stay so it wasn’t big deal but still it gave some difficulties to us. During the checkout and bill settlement there was some confusion with the staff in assisting us with the luggage from lobby till our cab, I had to carry the luggage myself and later someone assisted us with the luggage, but there was some confusion with this. Apart from the above everything was fine and the stay was great.

The staff were always with a smile and ready to help. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide range of dishes.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to cater to our requests. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is situated between the airport and main areas of the city so travel was easy.

This is my second stay at Ramada Plaza. Everything about the place is great. From the day I arrived at the hotel, I had to check out for a day and check in again. Everyone we encountered was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs, making our stay seamless and comfortable.The buffet breakfast was as delightful as always, with the restaurant staff warmly welcoming us each morning with genuine smiles and outstanding service. Their friendly demeanour set the perfect tone for each day.A special thanks to the night manager at the front desk who went above and beyond during our late check-in around 11 PM. After a long day of travel exceeding eight hours, he graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade when the room we had booked was unavailable. He ensured we were not kept waiting, making the process smooth and effortless. I’m also grateful that he accommodated my request to stay in the same room until our check-out two days later, which made a big difference in our comfort.Additionally, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Duty Managers Adam, Aayush, and Satya, who were consistently attentive and supportive throughout our stay, right up to our departure. The breakfast was good , but i was expecting a lot more of continental options and the hotel is in centre of city, and chennai is a business hub, so many foreigners do travel here, my collegues where from other country they found max options where indian only, so they should focus more on other options too, rest all other things from locations to cleanliness, behaviour of staff was very much perfect. No Complaints or suggetions for that.

City area

Staff don’t respond to WhatsApp. Room had string air freshener which was suffocating and felt toxic. Manager checked and confirmed it too. Fell sick

The hotel is located close to the airport and within a short distance of most iconic locations and public transportation. The facilities are great, the staff is very helpful, the food was excellent and the rooms were well maintained.
